Coating & Printing Service
Our investment in leading technology includes a coating and printing service using Fuji & Crabtree equipment.Tinplate Coating & Printing Machine is a high-precision automatic coating machine with spot coating function, which is suitable for primer coating or varnishing on tinplate or other metal sheets. It is one of the necessary equipments of can making machines. Coating roller and impression cylinder are driven by a single converter motor. All clutches are driven by pneumatic cylinders with simple structure and reliable operation. The double blade system ensures no coating on the back side of the sheet.In addition, there is also a printer for marking identification patterns on electrolytic tinplate, which uses a sodium dichromate solution to print lines or geometric patterns on tinplate to indicate the coating type and can reach speeds up to 1,600 feet/minute (490 meters/minute), also can choose different widths according to the production line requirements, and can use interchangeable wick boards for rapid code changes.
